  21. original music--whether you're doing funk, jazz, punk 
  22. or you've invented your own genre, send it in.

  79. above-referenced Program. You and your subsidiaries, 
  80. successors, licensees and assignees may copyright, use 
  81. and reuse, publish, distribute, edit, excerpt, exhibit 
  82. and otherwise exploit my music for any and all uses, 
  83. in whole or in part, in any and all media and manners, 
  84. for the Program, throughout the world in perpetuity, 
  85. without limitation, including in connection with the 
  86. advertising, exploitation and publicizing of the 
  87. Program. You may edit my Music as you see fit, and I 
  88. understand that you have no obligation to use my 
  89. Music. You shall have the right to produce, distribute 
  90. and otherwise exploit trailers and "behind-the-scenes" 
  91. or "making of" programs incorporating my Music.

  93. I hereby release and discharge you and your 
  94. successors, assignees and licensees from any and all 
  95. claims, demands, or causes of action that I may have, 
  96. whether for libel, violation of my right of privacy or 
  97. publicity, or any other matter arising out of or in 
  98. any manner connected with the use of my Music or the 
  99. exercise of the rights granted herein. I hereby verify 
  100. that all statements and other information given by me 
  101. are true and accurate, and I agree to be legally 
  102. responsible for any claims arising from such 
  103. statements. I acknowledge and agree that this release 
  104. shall not be subject to the terms of any union or 
  105. guild agreement and that no sums will be due to me in 
  106. connection with the use or reuse of my Music.
